Description:This picture was taken from a pedestrian bridge over the River Sow during the construction of the Waterfront multi-storey car park in Stafford. On the extreme right work is also ongoing for the foundations and groundwork needed to take steel framework which would be used in the building of a new Cinema. The car park and the Cinema were built as part of a new major redevelopment on both sides of the adjacent River Sow called the Riverside Shopping Centre, which opened in 2016.
