Description:This picture taken on the Green Bridge over the River Sow in Stafford, shows foundations and groundwork created to take steel framework to be used in the construction of a new Cinema. The Odeon Luxe Cinema would form part of a new major redevelopment along with the Riverside Shopping Centre, being built on both sides of the River Sow. In the background the large almost completed building is the Waterfront multi-storey car park.
