Description:Thomas Boulton (1879-1964) of The Smithy, Whittington, near Eccleshall, wearing the regalia of Grand Master of the Independent Order of Oddfellows. He was Secretary of the Vernon Younge Lodge. Thomas was a wheelwright and undertaker and was also Chairman of Eccleshall Parish Council. Photographer: Charles Fowke of Stafford.
