Description:The 1st Hixon Scout Group which was founded in 1913. The troop went on Whit week camps between 1922 and 1925 to Benllech Sands in Anglesey or, in 1923, to Branscombe in Devon. The troop disbanded in 1929 when their President, Major A.T. Radcliffe retired and was later re-founded in 1969. This group photograph was possibly taken at Major Radcliffe's home at the Broadmoor, Stowe-by-Chartley.
