Description:An interior view of St. John’s Church, Hammerwich, looking east towards the chancel which is illuminated by oil lamps. It was built between 1873-1883 to the design of London architects Newman and Billing replacing a mediaeval predecessor. Postcard published by Lillywhite (1932), Sowerby Bridge.
