Description:One of the contestants for 'Miss Rally Queen 1957' competition at a dance in the Assembly Rooms in Stafford after the annual rally of the Staffordshire Federation of Young Farmers. With her are the judges, Mr H.E. Wells (Principal of Rodbaston Farm Institute) and Mr G. Precious (County Agricultural Advisory Officer). There were 30 competitors and the winner was chosen to compete in the national 'Dairy Queen' competition. Photograph published in the Staffordshire Newsletter on Saturday 1 June 1957.
