Description:Shawms, a fine Arts and Crafts style house built by Stafford architect Henry T. Sandy on Radford Rise, Weeping Cross in 1905, viewed from the approach from Radford Bank, with the stable and coach house to the right. It was built for Henry John Bostock (1870-1956), Chairman and Managing Director of Stafford shoe manufacturers Lotus Ltd. The house was sold and divided into apartments after H.J. Bostock's widow Eleanora died in 1961.
