Description:This photograph taken by South Walls, Stafford, shows large sections of steel framework in place during the construction of retail units that would later form part of a major redevelopment on both sides of the adjacent River Sow called the Riverside Shopping Centre, which opened in 2016. In the background on the extreme left are the former Magistrates Court buildings and in the centre rising above the steel framework is the BT Telephone Exchange.
