Description:The photographer's note accompanying the negative for this photograph states it was 'Dr Higgins house'. Peter Higgins was a G.P. in Rugeley and Castle Vale who moved on to Guy's Hospital medical school in 1968 and was awarded an O.B.E. in 1987. Photographer: Peter Rogers of Mill Street, Stafford.
