Description:Goal mouth action at Stafford Rangers' Marston Road ground, with the east stand in the background. The match is believed to be the 1951-52 Staffordshire Senior Cup semi-final between Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers. Wolves won 2-0. The match drew a large crowd as both sides put out strong teams. England international outside-left les Smith and Welsh goalkeeper Keith Jones played for Aston Villa, and Wolves played their first choice inside-forward line-up of Swinbourne, Pye and Wilshaw.
