Description:Three Nigerian visitors pictured saying farewell to Stafford Rural District Council officers outside the Council's offices in St. Mary's Grove, Stafford. Mr. E. Ndiyo, Mr. D.O. Osaka and Mr D.E. Warimie Jaja stayed for three months to study local government with Stafford Borough Council, Stafford Rural District Council and Staffordshire County Council. They were hosted by members of the Stafford Branch of the International Friendship League.
