Description:Page 22 of 'Drake Hall - A War-Time Hostel', a souvenir book produced for staff and residents at the Swynnerton Royal Ordinance Factory hostel at Drake Hall, produced in 1945. The Second Drake Hall Pantomime, 'Robinson Crusoe', performed in 1944.

" "Robinson Crusoe," our second Pantomime, was produced by Barry Cameron and did him great credit. The staging, scenery, etc. being very effective. The high lights being the wreck scene, which was startlingly realistic, and the animal parade, which delighted the juvenile members of the audiences. Barry Cameron and all the girls are to be congratulated on a smart and snappy production. This show produced a profit of £230 for the R.O.F. Benevolent Fund."
