Description:This sheet shows the areas now known as Goldenhill and Newchapel .
You can see buildings and areas known as Lower Stadmoreslow, Lanes End, Black Bull, Brook House, Bent, Colclough Lane, Wedgwood, Bent, Turnhurst, Sandyford, Sandyford Pottery, Golden Hill, Parkhouse and Old Cott.

It also shows the Tunstall and Wolstanton Union Workhouse which was built in 1838/9, on Turnhurst Road.
