Description:In this photograph the former Staffordshire County Library and Record (music) Library in Friars Terrace, Stafford has been demolished to be replaced by a housing development. In the background behind the hoarding is a view of St. Austin’s church which stands on the nearby Wolverhampton Road in Stafford.
