Description:Detailed view of one of a pair of stained glass windows inside St. Chad’s Church at Beacon Barracks, formerly RAF Stafford. This window honours the Air Training Corps (ATC) 1941 to 1991. The aircraft at the top is a Grob G115 Tutor or a Slingsby T67 Firefly and below is a Vigilant TI powered glider. These were often used for basic flying training by the ATC.
