Description:The early stages of demolition viewed from the rear courtyard area of the house. Roof tiles are being removed for reclamation.

During the building's industrial years, the corrugated lean-to structure on the left had been used as a bicycle shed and the building directly behind had housed a printing department. Above had been a photographic dark-room with 'Publicity' adjoining.

The garage-like building on the right was used as a maintenance workshop. The glass roof above the house stairwell can be seen.
