Description:Supporting the Stafford Arts Festival. Wearing the latest fashions these mannequins are viewing the "French Impressionists" from the Picture Loan Service, Stafford Art Gallery. The mannequins were made by Adele Rootstein, London, a leading manufacturer of the day. Many of their mannequins were modelled from famous people. The Display Manager was Mr Ray Fowler.
