Description:'The Temple of the Winds at Shugborough, in Staffordshire,' showing an octagonal two storeyed building with a porticoed entrance, and circular stairs to an annex, on an island in a river, approached on either side by a bridge. Top section of the plate- lettering painted over should read 'Engraved for Walpoole's New Complete British Traveler’’ Drawn by Moses Griffiths.
