Description:'To the Worspll. the ingenious and most obligeing [sic] Gent William Leveson Gower Esqr., Shewing [sic] the W. and S. Prospect of Trentham Hall. Taken from ye hill near ye Cistern with with the highest [?]sentment of his many & great favours is gratefuly offer'd by R.P.L.L.D.' Engraved by Michael Burghers for Robert Plot's 'Natural History of Staffordshire', first published in 1686.
