Description:Photograph by Kate Mellor (born 1951). This photograph was one of a number commissioned by Staffordshire Arts and Museum Service in 2002 as part of the 'Hidden Estates' public art project, based around Staffordshire's country estates. Kate Mellor's photographs, many taken with a pinhole camera, are inspired by written accounts of vistors to the Enville estate in the 18th and 19th centuries found in Enville Hall's archive.
