Description:Square panel of embroidery mounted on square of machine made lace.
Lace embroidered with criss cross pattern in gold silk with green silk flowers. Embroidered central panel of pink and white floral design, small pink petals on green stems with samaller green stitches placed between. Stitched on to plain cream background. Long and short stitch used with couching in gold thread. Gold, green and cream border (Button hole stitch used together with long and short stitch) surrounds panel. Reverse of mat backed with cream silk.
