Clock tower with scaffolding

Description:When Friary Road was constructed in 1926/1928 it was agreed that the clock tower had to be moved. Sir Richard Cooper of Shenstone agreed to pay for the removal and it was rebuilt near the round-about at the other end of Friary Road.
