Description:The stone memorial panel to thirteen employees of the Lichfield Brewery Co. who gave their lives in the Great War (1914–1919) is located to the left of the bay window on the frontage of the former brewery's head office on Upper St John Street, Lichfield. The memorial was made by Messrs. Bridgman & Sons of Lichfield from Hopton Wood stone: it was unveiled by Mr. T. Levett-Prinsep (Chairman of the Directors) on 19 March 1920. Of those named on the memorial, ten were employed at Lichfield and the other three by the Company's Leicester agency.
