Description:Located on Corporation Street near its junction with Aldergate, the building dates from 1911. It was built for the Staffordshire Territorial Forces Association as 'C' Company,'s Drill Hall, to the design of Hanley architect, G. C. Cowlishaw. It is a 'Locally Listed' building (Tamworth Borough Council).

The building was renovated for public use in 1994 and renamed in honour of Tamworth's long-serving Councillor and former Mayor, Philip Dix. It was occupied by the Tourist Information Centre and the C.A.B. (Citizens Advice Bureau) until it was converted into serviced offices in 2017. It is currently (2026) the home of Tamworth Enterprise Centre.
