Description:Black Flatt or Back Flat Farm, on the Stafford Road (A449) at Lower Drayton, near Penkridge.

Built in 1789, it was also known as Chase View or Shepherds Cottage and in later years it became known as Old Drayton Farm. This view looks north and on the extreme left there is a glimpse of the A449 and a road traffic sign can be seen announcing the approach to Penkridge.
