Description:This brass plaque dedicated to Mary, the widow of Christopher Rode Esquire, can be found on the north side of St Mary's, Stafford.

The inscription reads:
‘Here Lies Mary, Relict of Christopher Rode Esquire of Eaton in Cheshire, who died 23 January 1733 Aged 67. Mors Janua Vita.’
