Description:Wall plaque commemorating L. Margaret Midgley, located on the south side of St Mary's, Stafford.

The inscription reads:
‘Nearby are interred the ashes of L. Margaret Midgely M.A. 1899-1991.
William Salt Librarian 1940-1947, Editor: Victoria County History of Staffordshire 1951-1956.
A faithful member of this church.’
