Description:Grade II listed Bishton Hall dates to the 18th Century. Previously owned by the Sneyd family, the estate was sold to the Sparrow family in about 1776. In 1946 it was purchased by the Stafford Northcote family who ran St Bede's Roman Catholic Boarding School in the premises until its closure in 2018. Postcard published by William Shaw of Burslem, postmarked 9 July 1909.
