Description:A colour-tinted postcard view of Horsefair, Rugeley. Other tinted views of this scene show different coloured roofs. The horse hitching posts the tree which stood in the street are not present in this view. The tree was brought down in a storm, said to be on July 21st 1920. There is no trace of where the tree had been so this image must date to 1922 or just after. Note the boy on the bicycle admiring at the motor-cycle and sidecar combination.
