Description:Pageant depicting the accession of George III. The Countess of Lichfield played Lady Anson. Eccleshall Pageant was organised to raise funds for the rebuilding of the school, and to portray the history of the town. The pageant took place over four days (3 - 6 August) in the grounds of Johnson Hall. Photograph donated by Stafford Historical and Civic Society, who retain copyright ownership.
