Description:Rock Houses were built on two levels at Holy Austin Rock. The bottom level can be seen here. In 1861 11 families lived in the Rock Houses. This had falled to 4 families by 1891, and by the early 1960's no one was left living there. Various occupants had run cafes over the years and a cafe remained on the site until 1967.
