Description:Foley Infants School at Castle Hill. The original Foley School was built in 1835 on land given by J.H. Hodgetts Foley in the Holloway between Church Hill and Mill Lane. In the later 1840s it became a National School. From 1861 to 1878 it was the National school for boys and infants. In 1876 the school board for Kinver built an new boys' school (pictured) in Castle Street. The school was renamed Foley Infants' School in 1955. In 1982 the school and masters' house were converted into private dwellings.
