Description:Charles Joshua Bagnall postmaster, and his wife Sarah Ann Bagnall outside Foregate Street Post Office.

Sarah Ann Bagnall (nee Williamson, was born in Abbeyhill, Edinburgh). Charles Joshua Bagnall was also a joiner. Sarah was a very skilled knitter especially of stockings. They left the post office after a break in which took all their takings and went to live in Greyfriars Place in Stafford.
