Description:The Mayor and Mayoress Sculthorpe, of Tamworth, with dignitaries at the opening of Tamworth Castle Museum in 1899. The fourth person from the left is the Reverend William MacGregor. The fifth from the right is Town Clerk, John Matthew, with Mace bearer Thomas Topliss on the extreme right.
