Description:Four bells from the tower of All Saints’ Church, Lapley taken down prior to delivery to Messrs. John Taylor and Co., Bellfounders of Loughborough for re-casting and renovation.

Two of the oldest bells, dated 1565 and 1629, were refurbished. The other two bells which dated from the early and mid-17th century were re-cast. A new fifth bell was provided by Taylor and Co. which was paid for by Mrs A.H. Talbot, the widow of a former Vicar of Lapley. All five bells were dedicated by the Bishop of Lichfield on 28 July 1929.

A sixth bell, provided by Taylor and Co., was installed to mark the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 1977. The ring of eight bells was completed in 2002 with the addition of a further two bells, again cast by Taylor and Co.
