Description:Beeches Farm stands on the Cumbers at the junction with Clanford Road, Seighford and was built or rebuilt in 1862.

Charles Cyril Waterfall (1906-1988) took over the farm in 1942 following the retirement of Harold A. Foley. Charles previously had the tenancy of Brook House Farm, Doxey. He was the first of three generations to farm Beeches Farm, the last of which, Chris and Suzie Waterfall, introduced Water Buffalo in 2011 before moving from dairy farming to the milk retail business in 2022.
