Description:This timber-framed Grade II Listed Building is on the High Street, Church Eaton. It probably dates from the 17th century, the bay window is a 20th century addition. At the time of the photograph in 1964 it had a small-holding of about 4 acres with a five-bay barn. It is thought to have been the Dolphin Inn in the mid-18th century.
