Description:Bedford Cottage, in Old School Road, Wheaton Aston.
This Grade II listed, timber-framed house with brick infilling, dates from the late 17th century with later alterations which included raising the eaves above the timber framing. The timber construction on the left indicates it may once have been larger with possibly a lobby entrance. The wooden name plaque above the doorway has since been replaced with an inset stone name-plaque in the wall above the front door.
