Description:This view looks east along South Walls. In the centre is a former Chapel building. On the right just round the corner but out of shot of the camera is John Bagnall's Carriage and Motor Body Works which was next door to the Unicorn Hotel which stood on the junction with Eastgate Street and Lammascote Road.

The photographer, Dr J.E C. Peters left a note stating that the former Chapel building was being used as garage when the photograph was taken in 1965.
