Description:This photograph taken in 1964 shows a ruined Ferret House which once stood in the grounds of Wood Eaton Manor. Over the years, ferrets have been used as a traditional method of managing pest control, often used on estates, farms and in rural areas. Wood Eaton Manor was demolished in 1937.
