Description:Postcard showing St John the Baptist's Church, Burslem.

The church is decorated for Harvest Festival, including loaves of bread on the floor leading to the sanctuary, sheaves of corn flanking the gallery supports and plants in the windows of the apse. Harvest Festival is possibly the reason for the additional seating placed down centre aisle.

The postcard shows the gas lamps (including taps), stencilling on walls above the dado panelling and a harmonium on the righthand side of the sanctuary.
