Description:Miss Kathleen Fenn modelling a cotton dress shown in a fashion parade at the Borough Hall, Stafford. The parade was organised by Madame Eugene Moore, local children's and ladies' outfitter, and the Sneaker Shoe Salon, in conjunction with the Stafford Theatre Guild.
