Description:The Black Lion Inn, Hollow Lane, Cheddleton. The man in the doorway is Henry Walker (1874-1932) who was licensee from 1913 until at least 1921. The woman is his daughter Kathleen (born 1899) and with her son Bernard (born January 1920 in the room above the door), who, together with Kathleen's husband, Percy Bloor, were living here at the time of the 1921 Census.
