Description:This motor car parked over the tram lines in Guild Street, Burton-upon-Trent, is thought to be a Bean four-seater tourer with the hood up. In the background in the centre is St. Mary and St. Modwen's Catholic Church.

Bean Cars was a brand of motor vehicles made by A Harper & Sons & Bean, Ltd at factories in Dudley and Coseley. The company began making cars in 1919 and diversified into light commercial vehicles in 1924. For a few years in the early 1920s Bean outsold Austin and Morris. The company stopped making cars in 1929.
