Description:This view looks south towards Burton-upon-Trent Station and may have been taken from Burton North Signal Box. Burton’s first railway station opened in 1839. Later with an increase in passengers and goods traffic the station was rebuilt opening in 1883. The third and current station buildings date from 1971.
