National School, Moreton

Description:The National School in Moreton was built in 1846 at a cost of £450 with stone given by John Cotes of Woodcote, Shropshire. It was enlarged in 1874 and again in 1895 in order to accommodate 100 children. It later became Moreton Church of England Primary School but closed in 1982.
