Description:The 'Summer Buggy' entry is pictured going down the High Street in Uttoxeter during the town's reinstated carnival. The pony is being led by Rosemary Plant, who owned both pony and trap, whilst the costumed occupants of the trap are Geoffrey Smith and Margaret Hudson, nee Smith. The event was held on Saturday, June 14 1969.
