Description:The Heron Bench is part of the Washlands Sculpture Trail. It was unveiled on 25 September 1995 and was sculpted from oak by Nigel Hobbins. The sculpture was commissioned by east Staffordshire Borough Council with the support of Burton Civic Society, Burton and district Arts Council and Burrton-upon-Trent Technical College.

This Image is from a collection of photographs of Burton upon Trent commissioned and assembled by Burton upon Trent Civic Society as a record of the town in the year 2000.
