Description:The Duke of Bridgewater public house is a Grade II listed building constructed before 1832 and stands on Station Street, Longport, Burslem.

At the time of this photograph the pub was still trading and in this view it is shown as a three-storey building, three rooms wide by two rooms deep. The ground floor has two windows with decorative stone lintels, false keystones and plain stone sills. The entrance has a fanlight above and a triangular stone pediment, here are also two lights either side of the door and four square stone columns.

In later years the Duke of Bridgwater closed, and it is thought to have stood empty for around 20 years, the building has since fallen into disrepair.
