Description:The Tiko Bake Shop and Coffee House formed part of the Sheridan Centre which was developed in the 1970s. In later years the centre was partly demolished and given a £5 million redevelopment which officially re-opened in 2003 as Gaolgate Place. On the left of Tiko there is a glimpse of the Dewhurst meat and poultry shop and on the right is ‘Evans Outsizes’ ladies fashion shop. This photograph was taken by Stafford photographer Tony Boydon
